Ms Moller has an extensive restructuring and insolvency practice which includes advising in the restructuring of defaulting credit facilities for lenders and borrowers, enforcement of securities, representation of administrators and insolvency practitioners in all kinds of distress situations, including schemes of arrangement, restructuring plans and pre-pack sales, and generally advising restructuring managers and directors of distressed companies. She has recently worked on several cross-border restructurings, mainly in the maritime transport, air transport, energy and natural resources sectors.
